The vision of p-yes is to empower the Nigerian youth through creating opportunities and the enabling environment for wealth creation by arming the youth with requisite skills, knowledge and resources that will make them productive, thereby reducing poverty and creating an economically empowered youth population that are strategically positioned to creatively and meaningfully contribute to nation building.

 

The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) is structured as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative conceived and designed by the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth & Students’ Affairs (OSA-PYSA).

 

A lot of prospective applicants have asked when the registration will commence for the Presidential Youth Empowerment Programme – PYES 2022/2023.

 

In this post, we will provide guidelines for you to successfully register for PYES programme. Stay tuned and read through.

But before we proceed, all those who wants to download the registration form for PYES can do so via www.pyes.gov.ng portal.

 

The registration for PYES is totally free of charge. You don’t need to pay a dime to anyone to apply for PYES.

PYES Registration Procedure

The best way to register for the programme is to Login to PYES website/portal via https://reg.p-yes.gov.ng/. The application form is on the p-yes recruitment portal.

 

Pre-conditions for Enlistment

1. Applicant must be a Nigerian male or female between the ages of 18 and 40.

2. Applicant must have a means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card – PVC).

3. Applicant must provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefitting from the scheme.

4. Ability to communicate in Basic English Language and or any local Nigerian language.

5. Provable upright character and a stable mind.

6. Applicant must provide a guarantor preferably a community or religious leader.

7. Ability to secure the endorsement of a local government official.

8. Beneficiary should possess the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities.

9. Applicants must complete a guarantor’s form
