ONLINE CLEARANCE SYSTEM USING PHP WITH SOURCE CODE

Online Clearance System is developed using PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, it has all the essential features required for the management of school and accountant faculty. This project contains admin’s side where he/she can add, edit, delete, view, search clearances, users and the accountant system. The Admin plays the main role in the management of the system. In this project, all the main functions are performed from the Admin side.

About Online Clearance System

The system is simple and quite easy to use. The basic fundamental of this system is to manage and clear the payments school and hostels. Here years referred to as the subject classes. The admin can add and delete the subjects. He can create teachers for the relative subject. Each year has to be assigned with a subject. Also, the admin can enrol students as well.

To run this project you must have installed virtual server i.e. XAMPP on your pc (for Windows).

How To Run??

After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps

1st Step: Extract file

2nd Step: Copy the main project folder

3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/

Now Connecting Database

4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”

5th Step: Then, click on databases tab

6th Step: Create database naming “onlineclearance” and then click on import tab

7th Step: Click on browse file and select “onlineclearance.sql” file which is inside “DATABASE” folder

8th Step: Click on go.

After Creating Database,

9th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/OnlineClearance/”
