1.1. INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND
OF STUDY
HIV is a virus: virus infects the cells of living organism
and replicate make new opines of themselves) within those cells. A virus can damage the cells it replicates,
in which one of the things that can make an infected creature is become ill. People can become infected with HIV
from other people whom already have it, and when they are infected they can go
on to infect other people. Basically,
this is how HIV is been spread.

HIV stand for
the “Human Immune deficiency virus” some one whom is infected with HIV is said
to be HIV + or HIV positive. The immune
system is a group of cells and organ that protect your body by fighting
diseases. The human system usually finds
and kills virus quickly. Different viruses
attacked parts of the body, some may attack the skin. Other the lung and so on. A virus that causes the common cold. What
makes HIV so dangerous is that it attack the immune system itself the very thing that would
normally get rid of the virus. It particularly attacks a special type of immune
system cell know as a CD4 lymphocyte.
HIV has number of tricks that help it to evade the body’s defense,
including very rapidlutation. This mean
that once HIV has taken hold the immune – system can number get rid of it. There isn’t any way a tell just by looking it
HIV has infected some one. However blood
test can infection from a few weeks after the virus first entered the
body. A person infected with HIV may
look and feel perfectly well for many years and may not know they care
infected. But as the person’s immune
system weakens they become increasingly vulnerable to illness. Many of which they would previously have
fought off easily.
