How to Set up your password within 30 days on the Diamond online log in screen to prevent account deactivation

Today, I would give you the steps to setup your password on the Diamond online log in screen to prevent account deactivation.

Once you open an account with diamond bank, a text message would be sent to you, just like these one below.

"Your Diamond Online/Mobile user name is xxxxxxx. Set up your password within 30 days on the Diamond online log in screen to prevent account deactivation"

Normally, most diamond bank customers once there saw that message after opening an account with diamond bank, there would be confused, because the diamond bank login screen is not self explanatory.

Follow the steps below carefully

Step 1:

  1. Open diamond bank online login screen with your mobile phone or pc, click here www.diamondbank.com,

  2. Click on Diamond Online Banking on the logged on screen

Step 2:

  1. Click on Login without token.
  2. Click on Request or Forgot Password tab.

Step 3:

Fill these form carefully with your correct details e.g. Below
  1. User name: - The username on the sms diamond bank sent to you.
  2. Registered phone number::- The phone number you used to open the diamond bank account e.g. +2348000000000
  3. Last four digits of your account number:- Input the last four digits of your account number e.g. 0000

Step 4:

  1. Click on Send new password button

Step 5:

A message would be sent to you like these one in quote "Your password has been reset to ******.  You must change this the next time you login."

Step 6:

You can now login again click here www.diamondbank.com

Step 7:

Click on Diamond Online Banking on the logged on screen

Step 8:

Click on Login without token link

Step 9:

On the login screen type in your username and the new password sent to you

Step 10:

Your Password has expired. You must enter your old Password and choose a new Password.
Old Password
New Password
Verify new Password

Step 11:

Click on save button and if the information you provided are correct then you should be redirected to a welcome screen

On the welcome screen you would see your full name


A text message would be sent to you immediately containing this message below

Dear YOUR NAME, you successfully logged into Diamond Online at Date and time. Please call 07003000000 if this was not made by you.
Once you followed the above steps correctly then you are done.

  5. You might not see it on the mobile platform, if you aren't using a good smartphone, kindly use your system or switch from mobile to desktop view on your phone
