Writers Prediction League: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Chelsea

Recovery! Spurs looked like they were in over their heads in the first half against Manchester United on Sunday, as desperate saves by defenders and an imperious performance by Hugo Lloris kept a clean sheet against a dangerous United attack. 

But Spurs bounced back in the second half, pushing United to its limits in an action-packed 0-0 Draw. The draw kept Spurs just two points out of fourth place, as the Tottenham defense seems to be rounding into form after the return of a healthy Kyle Waker. But can Spurs' defense stay strong against the best attack in the league?

In the way today is an arrival from Chelsea, leading the league by three points. Chelsea have topped the table all season, led by its dominant attack that stars Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Oscar. 

The defense has been league best as well this year, as young goalkeeper Thibault Coutrois has marshaled a strong defense in his first Premier League season. But Chelsea struggled in their last road match, drawing Southhampton 1-1. Can Spurs stop Chelsea from taking another road win today?
