This was the message I got from NYSC, I'm also a Corp Member serving in Enugu State.
All batch C corps 2014 members are hereby REQUIRED to go online to verify their details and upload passport photograph with a white background.
 This verification is urgent
Follow the steps below carefully to verify and correct your details.

Steps 1:
Click on this link to get started http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc4/ResumePayment
Step 2:
Enter your Email Address and Password you used when you did the Online Registration.
Step 3:
Click on Resume Button
Step 4:
You are hereby REQUIRED to confirm if your details including your passport photograph are correct. Click 'Verify Details' below to verify your details.
Click on Verify Details Button and confirm your details including your passport.
Step 5:
If your details aren't correct, print it and go to your Nysc State Secretariat and do the corrections then come back and login again and confirm your details.
